New Ticket System Tutorial

    Some players were asking the question and so, that you do not get lost, here is a little tutorial that will help you to know how to make a ticket and also how to check whether it has received an answer or not.

    1- Create a ticket

    Firstly, as usual, go on top of the main page and click on ''Contact Us'' :

    -Once you have clicked on it, you will get this page (see below) and you will click on "Send a ticket" (if you get the page on a different language, kindly swtich to English -top right-):

    - You then get the page with the different games of the Gamigo team. Search after the "EN - Aura Kingdom" and click on it :

    - All you have to do now is fill in the form with as much information as possible! Do not forget to fill in the Captcha so that your request gets sent properly.

    WARNING:There is no need to overload the support team! If you have questions about the game, the team of Sages and GMs are at your disposal!

    2-Consult your tickets

    -Consult them simply from you mailbox.

    -If you want to add something or answer, do it also from your mailbox.
